The UAE’s second city, your second home
Enrich your life with endless attractions, entertainment and lifestyle opportunities. In just over 50 years, Dubai has transformed from a tiny settlement to a glittering city and world-class destination. As the world’s fourth most-visited leisure destination, Dubai welcomed over 14 million visitors in 2022 alone.

The UAE flag
Green represents hope, joy, optimism and love. It can also symbolise the country’s prosperity.
White is the purest colour. Standing for peace and honesty, some see it as a symbol for cleanliness.
Black stands for the defeating of enemies and strength of mind.
Red represents hardiness, bravery, strength and courage. The vertical red band can also be interpreted as binding all the other meanings together in unity.
Alongside state-of-the-art malls packed with global brands, Dubai is filled with traditional souks and vibrant markets. While many Michelin-starred chefs grace the city, you’ll find countless independent restaurants, street food vendors and authentic flavours to explore.
Many people are attracted to the energy and buzz of a global business city and tourism hub. Yet if you prefer desert retreats, mangroves, calm seas and beaches, Dubai has it all. From diving, paddleboarding and trekking, to dune bashing, camel riding and desert safari camping, you’ll have countless adventures at your door.
Dubai has a thriving arts scene, too including the Jameel Arts Centre and Alserkal Avenue, the home of the only Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) arthouse cinema, Cinema Akil.
Hosting the yearly Quoz Arts Fest, Alserkal Avenue is an art and design hub, featuring pop-ups, workshops and festivals celebrating its home-grown creative scene.
